Xwpe Test

I've put up a pre-release version of xwpe.  If someone can play around
with debuging and projects I'd appreciate it.  I haven't updated the
lsm and spec files.  There are a few other changes that I'd like to put
in before the release but I don't want to release another version with
busted debugging code.
