After the first Open Game Source article, a programmer suggested their project for review. Since then there have been more similar submissions. Most of the time, the games are already in my text file of ideas. I like to hear from other developers and don't want to discourage them but it may be some time before an article on your project appears.
"If you want something done right, do it yourself." The simplest solution is to write an article yourself. Write up something on what you are currently working on. Or perhaps go back, look at the project as a whole, and fix the little annoyances that you left behind. If you would prefer an unbiased perspective, a lurker on the developer list might enjoy the challenge if asked. If you've been meaning to check out some new game, write an article on it.
