Xwpe 1.5.27a

A new version of xwpe is now available.  The rpms on the site are now for
redhat 7.x.  Here is the CHANGELOG.

* More modifications from Roman Levenstein.  Not enabled by default; use
     -DNCURSES.
* Fixed bzipped man pages.
* Added Arjan van Dijk's XLookupString bug fix.
* Fixed some syntax coloring problems.
* Use mkdtemp if available.
* Changed compiler message strings to use "\n" instead of putting in a
     return character directly.
* Added Harry Berman's minor memory bug fixes.
