Just The Faqs

Since we recently had a couple of faqed questions, Kenn suggested I
repost the faq url.

(Actually I don't know how many faqed questions have been sent to the
list since sometimes I get them privately.)

If someone is looking for a way to help on xwpe, I've seen two requests
recently about how to use projects.  I'd be happy to put such a writeup
on the web site.
