Xwpe 1.5.5a

Xwpe 1.5.5a is now available from the Xwpe Alpha web page
(http://www.rpi.edu/~payned/xwpe/alpha.html).

This incorporates Mark Loftis's changes to scrolling.  It will now
scroll by one line instead of half a screen.

Mark also suggested some adding a debugging function to aid in
debugging xwpe.  Although I like the idea, I've seen several projects
where the debugging output is just too much.  At present I'm not
incorporating that section.  If their is interest I'll put the patch
on the web site.
