March 16, 1998:  The Xwpe mailing list is finally setup.  To join simply
send a message to majordomo@identical.stu.rpi.edu with the body:

subscribe xwpe

To unsubscribe again send a message to majordomo@identical.stu.rpi.edu but
with the body:

unsubscribe xwpe

To send a message to the mailing list email xwpe@identical.stu.rpi.edu.
An archive of the mailing list is available from the Xwpe Alpha homepage
(http://www.rpi.edu/~payned/xwpe/alpha.html).  If anyone encounters any
problems simply email xwpe-owner@identical.stu.rpi.edu.
