xwpe tilts when alt-x is pressed during debug

Hi,

When I accidentally (or on purpose) press alt-x while in a debug-session,
xwpe tilts. To get this situation, just press alt-x when you arrive on a
breakpoint. I tried to place an extra e_d_quit; in routine e_quit (file
we_fl_fkt.c) to get rid of the open debug-session, but that did not help.
Can anyone fix this?
