why no variable-name suggested when I press ctrl-F7?

Hi,

When I press ctrl-F7 in XWPE, the watches menu comes up. In the
Borland-times this menu suggested the string under the cursor (usually a
filename) as variable to watch. Why doesn't XWPE do this? It would make
life easier.
