The XWPE debian package runs smoothly (project
management and compiling works perfectly), however I can't get the debugger
to work.
When I try to debug a program, the following
happens (I think):
- The xterm is launched to run the
program
- Xwpe mouse cursor changes to the
spaceship
- Xwpe log displays some '/dev/pts'
message
- The xterm dissappears
- Mouse cursor changes back
- and Xwpe displays the error message "Error
loading program" when loading gdb.
However, both gdb and the program are within the
PATH.
Does anyone know the cause of this problem, and
maybe a solution? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
