xwpe-1.5.22a for SCO Open Server at http://www.squonk.net/users/linut/

o working cut & paste between xwpe & other applications
o small cosmetic Y2K fix applied (making this technically 1.5.22a-pl1)

with the cut & paste working now, and the behaviour about preserving a files
perms before/during/after editing fixed a version or two ago, xwpe is IMO now
very useable on SCO.
