A Brave New Xwpe

I'm looking for a few brave testers.  I've put xwpe-1.5.14apre1.tar.gz
on ftp.identicalsoftware.com in /pub/linux/xwpe/.  I'm looking for
slackware users and non-linux users.  This should fix all the compile
problems and if no one has any problems it will be put on the web site
and sunsite.  The computer is connected by 28.8 modem so it will be slow.
(Only new feature is a private colormap option.)
