[b]Prerequisites:[/b] Humanoid or magical beast, Level 11 [b]Puppet Master[/b] Elite Controller Humanoid or magical beast XP Elite [b]Defenses[/b] +2 Reflex, +4 Will [b]Saving Throws[/b] +2 [b]Action Points[/b] 1 [b]HP[/b] +8 per level + Constitution score Powers [b]Focused Mind[/b] (move; at-will) The puppet master focuses his toughts gaining a +2 bonus on charm and psychic powers until the end of it's next turn. Ranged; [b]Pull the Strings[/b] (minor; at-will) * [b]Charm[/b] Ranged 10; Level + 2 vs Will; the target is dominated (save ends). A puppet master may only dominate one creature at a time with this power.
