Subject: The Triat

In the beginning there was Caine, who begat the second generation:
Zillah the Beautiful, Irad the Strong and Enoch the Ruler. But in
time he began to fear the curse of Uriel, and he began to fear that
they were plotting against him. To protect himself he poured his
blood on the ground in the forest, and sat down to wait. After a while
a pack of wolves approached and began to lick at the potent blood.
Caine rose and greeted his new guards; using his powers he gave them
the ability to change shape between man and wolf just as he could, 
to better be able to guard him in his palace in the First City. 

But the Three still plotted against him, and despite his man-wolf
guards Caine was uneasy. Finally the third generation rose to kill
their sires, and Caine let it happen. But he saw something that the
young ones did not see - how their blood rose to the skies in the
smoke from the burning palaces. He understood that they were not
dead, and never would die. He gathered his guards, and instructed them
in many arts. He told them to guard the earth from the dark forces
he had once unleashed, to destroy those of his children that worked for
the Three, and wait for his return. Then he left and hid deep within 
the ground, becoming one with it.

And thus it came that the garou was created and set to guard Caine/Gaia.
But the Three grew stronger; Enoch sought to rule and regulate the world
as he once had ruled the First City, and became known as the Weaver of
Power. Zillah danced among the stars, creating and destroying as she wished,
the Wyld One. Irad destroyed the weak and unfit, the Wyrm of Destruction.
But as the eons passed, Enoch became more and more cruel and Irad more
and more destructive. In their eternal search for their Father they
began to influence the world more and more, and they began to fight. 
Meanwhile, the garou had forgotten most of the commandments of Caine, and
did no longer understand their duties. They were unable to prevent
Enoch from building a prison of steel and power around the earth to
imprison the Father, and now Irad is destroying the world more and more
in the hope of finding Caine and poisoning him. The time of Gehenna
is near.
