The Move

The computer science department at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute has
agree to take over hosting the xwpe mailing list.  It should be setup
latter today.  Unfortunately the mailing archive will be going away (this
may only be temporary).

Everyone already on the list will automatically be subscribed to the
new one so you shouldn't have to do anything.  I'll send out a message
when the change is complete.
