[Troll] Troll 0.5

A new version of Troll Bridge has just been uploaded to the web site.
I plan to put up Dos binaries tommorow.  I had also initially planned
to make Linux binaries available using SDL.  Unfortunately I'm currently
using a development version of SDL just like the rest of the game
developers in the Linux community.  (I should bug Sam to make a new
stable release this is rediculous.)

Random notes on release:
* Some palette functions moved from utilities to graphic library.
* The giant turtle can move about the screen.
* Added a world definition file so that you can specify a user modification
like fanwor.
* Added multi-user support.  Save files are located in ~/.troll on Linux.
(Uses troll.dot/ under Dos.)
