A multiheaded creature is often created to guard objects, people, or places. It resembles a normal member of it's race except for two or more heads instead of one.

Step Aside (immediate interrupt, when an enemy moves to flank; at-will)
The multiheaded creature shifts one space to try to avoid being flanked.
Extra Actions
The multiheaded creature gets an extra standard and minor action on it's turn. Additionally these actions are not affected by stun or dazed condition.
